SAMPLE CLASS -  Stretch and Movement Fitness

Feel good by moving and strengthening your body as this class will focus on muscle strength and flexibility. There will be a mix of chair and standing exercises. Class may incorporate light weights, stretch bands or other small equipment.  

Limited spots available. 

Your device must have functional speakers, a microphone and a webcamera.

For any of our exercise classes, your camera must be on throughout the class. 

If you live alone, please keep your door unlocked for the duration of the fitness class.
