Friendly Caller/Visits
This program matches volunteers with seniorswho would like to have friendly phone calls or visits on a weekly basis.
Volunteers andmembers talk, read, play card games, share pictures, go for walks, and other activities of interest to both.
Grocery Support
We have partnered with Metro Westmount to make grocery shopping easy.
Simply provide us with your grocery list, we’ll giveit to Metro Westmount and they will do the shopping for you.
Enjoy groceries delivered right to your door!
Telecheck
This program consists of a daily telephone check-inservice for seniors living alone (or temporarily staying alone).
Cost to members is $5.00 a year.
Cost for non-members is $10.00 a year.
Medical Accompaniment
Need assistance with getting to medicalappointments?
If you live in Westmount or nearby, our dedicated team of volunteers can help.
Please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice so we can arrange a volunteer for you.

Special Events Assistants:
Volunteers help at events such as intergenerational baking workshops, holiday celebrations
(e.g, Halloween party, Valentine’s Day Tea), and more.
Lunch Helpers:
Volunteers help set up and serve at Contactivity lunches.
Friendly Callers/Visitors:
Volunteers call or visit members who would like to have a phone friend or visitor on a weekly basis.
