Meals on Wheels
Listed below are a number of community-based meals-on-wheels resources. Occasional or daily meal delivery will support seniors' autonomy while ensuring they maintain a nutritious diet.
An intergenerational meals-on-wheels service organized by young people, delivering much more than just meals. Meals are made in a kitchen on the Plateau-Mt. Royal and delivered by bicycle, on foot and by car across the city.
