Friendly Caller/Visits

This program matches volunteers with seniors who would like to have friendly phone calls or visits on a weekly basis.

Volunteers and members talk,read,play card games, share pictures, go for walks, and other activities of interest to both.

Grocery Support

As a volunteer for our Grocery Support program, you’ll play a vital role in helping community members access the essentials they need by helping to delivery groceries to their door. 

Tech Support

Help members with smartphone, laptop or iPad questions.

We help schedule a one on one session with one of our Members. 

Special Events Assistants

Volunteers help at events such a as intergenerational workshops, holiday lunch and celebrations. 

(e.g. Halloween party, Valentine's Day Tea) and more.

lunch Helpers

Volunteers help set up and serve at Contactivity lunches.

MEDICAL ACCOMPANIMENT

Help members or drive them to their medical appointments.

The members would be living in the Westmount area or nearby.

Telecheck

This program consists of a daily telephone check-in service for seniors living alone (or temporarily staying alone). Volunteers will make the calls to check in on these individuals each day.
