Strap on your snowshoes and join Contactivity snowshoe along the

trails in Westmount Park. It is a great sport for cardiovascular fitness

and is considered low impact. If you can walk independently

without a walking aid and are in good physical condition, then this

program may be right for you. Equipment will be provided.
