Have you ever wondered what the criteria are for receiving a Nobel Prize? That is one of the questions we will explore as we discuss some of the winners of the Peace and Literature prizes throughout history. During the course we will travel through the decades, from the inaugural prize presented in 1901 to the present day. On our journey we will look at individual winners, their acceptance speeches, as well as other writings. Through explorations of writings, biographies and acceptance speeches, we will aim to learn more about the awarding of this prestigious prize and some of those who have received this honor.
