This class focuses on gentle, everyday movements designed to improve balance, strength, and stability. Most exercises are done while seated, making it accessible and safe for all fitness levels — helping you move more confidently in daily life.

With over 24 years of sports experience, a black belt in karate and certified in functional strength (CFSC), LaurieB is a committed entrepreneur who’s mission is to help extend the healthspan of seniors and people with reduced mobility by offering accessible fitness activities, regardless of age. Functional training is a type of exercise that mimics every day movement to improve a person's ability to perform daily tasks independently. This type of training can help make daily activities easier by reducing the risk of injury, improve balance, stability and strength.
