Using mind, body and rhythm, our Music and Movement course is an exploration of various body and instrumental percussions. The class begins with a mindfulness warm up and incorporates Brazilian music.

Ariana Pedrosa has been leading intergenerational music-making in the Brazilian tradition of choros for several decades (Choros is an instrumental Brazilian popular music genre which originated in 19th century Rio de Janeiro characterized by a fast and happy rhythm) . She has been offering Music and Movement workshops since moving back to Montreal in 2022.
