Join Trudie for the first part of the fitness course and welcome a new instructor Alex for the remaining classes!

Meet Alex Peppas: Alex is a passionate fitness professional that believes fitness is for everyone. Her curiosity and love for life has lead her to explore physical activity via different mediums such as soccer, ballet jazz and martial arts. 

 She realized that we all become happier and healthier once we implement a little movement throughout our day, and has been on a mission to help inspire people to enjoy the process of living a healthier lifestyle.

 Feel good by moving and strengthening your body, as this class will focus on muscle strength and flexibility. There will be a mix of chair and standing exercises. Class may incorporate light weights, stretch bands or other small equipment.
