Our Fragile Human Rights Presented by Royal Orr

Royal Orr (former president of Alliance Quebec and open line radio host at CJAD and CBC’s Cross-Country Checkup) will delve into the Quebec and Canadian Charter for Human Rights. He will look at what has happened since to the excitement and pride surrounding the Quebec Charter of Human Rights when it was first passed and then strengthened by successive governments.
