Stretch and Movement Fitness

Class is full, please contact us to be put on a waiting list. 
Feel good by moving and strengthening your body as this class will focus on muscle strength and flexibility. There will be a mix of chair and standing exercises. Class may incorporate light weights, stretch bands or other small equiptment.  Limited spots available. 
Your device must have functional speakers, a microphone and a webcamera.
