New Snowshoeing in Westmount Park (Onsite)

Tuesdays, 10:00-11:00

Strap on your snowshoes and come join Contactivity. We will snowshoe along the trails in Westmount Park while enjoying good company. Snowshoeing is a great winter sport for cardiovascular fitness and is considered low impact. So, come enjoy the winter with us!

If you can walk independently with no walking aid and are in good physical condition, then this program may be right for you. Equipment not provided, must have your ski poles and snowshoes to participate in this program.
