Tuesday Stretch and Movement Fitness (Online)

Cost: $47 Member / $57 Non-Member

Low to medium intensity Stretch and Movement course. Feel good by moving andstrengthening your body as this class will focus on muscle strength and flexibility. There will be a mix of chair and standing exercises. Feel free to use stretch bands, light weights or other equipment you may own.
