Intergenerational Photography Project

Want to learn how to take fabulous pictures on your smartphone or tablet?

We are now offering a photography course alongside Selwyn House students. You need to have a smartphone or tablet (eg, Iphone, Ipad) with a functioning camera. You also need to know how to Zoom. The course starts November 3 and will go to December 17. It will be on Zoom and held twice a week in Week 1 and three times a week on Week 2 of the school's 10 day cycle schedule. This means during Weeks 1 the course is on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from  9:20 to 10:20 and on Week 2s it will be Mondays from 10:45 to 11:45 and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:50 - 12:50.

The Selwyn teacher is Lana Ignjatovic who has previously done photography projects with her students and Contactivity members. In this photography course, she will start by teaching everyone how to compose good pictures and then move on to photography taking skills. Each Contactivity member will be assigned a student to work with in the course, so you will benefit from Ms. Lana's presentations and be supported with one-on-one assistance from her students.
